Christopher Loud
has been with the Law Offices of Richard H. Maynard, P.C. since October of 2018. He joined the firm following his successful passage of the Massachusetts Bar in July, 2018. Prior to that, he graduated from Western New England University School of Law in May of 2018. While at law school, Attorney Loud held several e-board positions, was awarded CALI awards in legislation and Criminal Procedure Investigation, and made the school’s dean’s list in three of four semesters during his second and third years in law school. He was also a member of the school’s National Moot Court Team.
Attorney Loud has found a wide range of success for his clients in many areas of criminal and civil litigation. His experience includes work in the Massachusetts District and Superior Courts, as well as the Western and Central Housing Courts. Attorney Loud specializes in all forms of civil litigation, including, but not limited to: district court criminal matters, breach of contract, personal injury, liquor license appeals, and probate litigation. He also practices extensively in housing law, primarily representing landlords, but also representing tenants. In each of practice, Attorney Loud takes a comprehensive approach, placing emphasis on negotiation where it is possible, but not hesitating to aggressively litigate his clients’ matters in court.
In addition to his litigation practice, Attorney Loud also handles many areas of transactional law. These areas include, but are not limited to: estate planning, probate of estates, Chapter VII Bankruptcy, real estate closings, letters of demand, and all aspects of liquor licensing. Attorney Loud believes in a cooperative and collaborative method of practice when it comes to helping his clients navigate complex documents, government regulation, and high stress situations involving transactions. This means that you will have help every step of the way.
In his free time, Attorney Loud enjoys reading, watching sports, and practicing martial arts. He is a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts and is living his dream of helping the community that raised him. He looks forward to working with you.
